Does Roobet refund a tennis bet if a player retires?
Yes, for any market still unsettled. If your market's outcome was already mathematically certain when play stopped, it is settled rather than refunded.

Voids every unsettled market on a retirement, and voids a walkover outright - but settles anything whose outcome was already mathematically certain, which is more generous than it first sounds.

Their published rule does not name disqualification. The answer above is how they settle one in practice, from our own trading experience rather than a clause we can quote.
Where this comes from. Roobet, Rainbet and Duel.com run the same white-label sportsbook platform, and this is that platform's tennis rule with its original numbering. It is not published on any of their public sites, so unlike every other entry here there is no page to send you to. Ask support to confirm before a bet you care about.
Rule 2.3.3, the Natural Conclusion Principle, is the useful part and almost nobody publishes its equal: "A Market shall be settled if, at the time of Retirement or Abandonment, its Outcome has already been unconditionally determined and could not be altered by any remaining possible play should the Match be played to its natural conclusion." Their own worked examples: a set abandoned at 4-4 settles Over 9.5 games as won and Under 9.5 as lost, while Over/Under 10.5 is void; a best-of-three abandoned at 6-4 4-6 settles Over 25.5 as won and Under 25.5 as lost, with Over/Under 26.5 void; a match abandoned at 6-4 4-6 5-5 wins a +2.5 handicap and loses a -2.5, voiding everything between -2 and +2; and a match abandoned at 6-4 2-0 settles Player A Over 7.5 games as won, Under 7.5 as lost, Over 8.5 void.
The clause never says "disqualification" - it covers "Retirement, Walkover, or early Match termination" - but a default is settled like a retirement in practice, which is desk knowledge rather than a line we can quote. Rainbet and Duel.com are not second opinions: all three run one rulebook.
Yes, for any market still unsettled. If your market's outcome was already mathematically certain when play stopped, it is settled rather than refunded.
Their own worked example: Over 9.5 games settles as won and Under 9.5 as lost, because any natural finish needs at least ten games. Over and Under 10.5 are void.
Yes, literally. All three run the same white-label platform and settle from one rulebook, so shopping between them for a different retirement outcome gets you nowhere.
